Despite all the volunteer work performed by our
active Council, Brother Knights of Pavia Council still take time out to organize some fun
events! Here are highlights of just a few of the "lighter" activities that
Pavia Council sponsors. Follow the links for more detailed information.
Family Picnic
A new event for 2001, the Family Picnic provides a venue for Knights and their
families to have some summer fun before the start of a busy new fraternal year!
Ladies Appreciation Night
An annual event at which the members of Pavia Council honor and give thanks to our
spouses. We thank them for their support as our partners in life. We thank them for their
understanding and tolerance of the time away from home involved in K of C activities. And
we thank them for their involvement passing messages or working at our side on K of C
projects.
Irish Show
An annual event, the proceeds of which are held in support of our Scholarship fund.
Photo Contest
New for 2008, a friendly parish-wide competition intended to add some excitment to the long winter months and inspire the creativity of parishoners of all ages! Photos can be entered in three general catagories, people, animals, and landscapes with prizes being awarded for first, second and third place in each.
